Mastercrete is a single component based consisting of polymer and liquid additives. It can be used as a water poof membrane for terraces, balconies and roof slabs. It accommodates limited crack movement in underlying surfaces. It develops an excellent bound to most building metrical becoming a part of concrete repair.

Applications |

First the prepared surface using Master Creat PRIMER (1 part master creat and 2 parts water) with either brush, roller or spray. Mix master creat with Portland cement in the ratio of 1 part Master preferablu mixed in small quantities to avoid wastage. Minium 2-3 coats of Master Creat are recommended depending on the nature of the surface.

Curing |
|
|
|
Master Creat system must be applied at temperature above 100 C abd oreferably below 350 c During the first 12 hours of curing. It must be protected from abrasion rain and other adverse conditions. No traffic should be allowed on a Master Create treated surface with in 48 hours of application. After application of final coat of Master Creat initial air duying should be done for 2-6 hours. During this period no water is to be used for curing, after maximum period of 6 hours of final applications, most curing should be done for next 24 hours by way of spraying water on Master creat coating. During this period , at no point of time should the Master Creat coating be left completely dry of submerged in water Following moist curing, the Master Creat coating should be allowed to ait dry for 3 days before submersion in water or as required for use.
